First off all, I so much want to point out that I thank God Mazui is fast. This past week, I’d’ve been waiting for the other episodes of the other anime I’m watching to come out at Animesuki. >.>
Anyway, going back to the anime… This episode is one of the best episodes so far in the series with a good mixture of comedy (that never gets erased, I believe), drama and story depth–both humorous and not. « Read the rest of this entry »

New OP song or rather, a more upbeat version of the last and it’s on guitar rather than piano. Yui is also “formally” introduced in this episode–and despite what majority of everyone thinks, Yui’s really cute!
For some reason, they’re going to play baseball with the ordinary students which I thought would make them disappear and stuff… but as long as they didn’t sign-up, it’s considered “illegal” so they wouldn’t be erased. O.o Weird.
The entire episode seems quite pointless aside from introducing Yui and getting a sneak preview of Hinata’s life when he was alive. It was more like a filler episode and it was funny despite the old jokes. I didn’t expect Yui to be so loud and annoying (in a good way). « Read the rest of this entry »

I was washing the dishes three Ouran Highschool Host Club episodes ago and while washing the dishes, I was near laughing by myself. I didn’t but I was grinning like some crazy maniac ‘coz I remembered Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji. ^^;
For some reason, it made me want to laugh but I refrain from bursting out by myself since my Grandma and Uncles might think I’m crazy or something. Our previous maid had some conks in her head which was why we were more than happy to give her the boot when she asked to retire. She breaks into a maniacal grin often and gives killer glares just as often for no apparent reason. 😐 And she used to yell at night… And my room is near hers, so I can hear the yelling… 😦
It was sooo scary~ I just lock the doors and windows and bury myself under my blanket and place on my headphones to block away the yelling. I’m even amazed how the rest of my family don’t hear her yelling. 😐
Ah, but anyway, ’nuff of that–I just got the GirlsDeMo (as in, from Angel Beats!) album!

Oh man… When I saw the preview of this episode from episode 2 yesterday, I thought that it was going to be an episode full of songs and would feature a concert of GDM. However, while that’s true that it had featured two new songs from GDM (Alchemy and a ballad song) and a concert, it’s quite a sad episode. 😥
The episode started off quite funny (as usual) with the SSS talking about their next battle. Iwasawa presented her new song (the ballad) however, it was rejected by Yuri though, Iwasawa didn’t take it harshly. « Read the rest of this entry »

The SSS group are crazy, I love them. They leave their comrades to die–well, since they can’t die, they just leave their members to um, temporary death.
It’s really funny, episode 2, even if the characters are “killed” off, you won’t be crying (unlike other shows), instead you’d be laughing your arse off. What makes it even funnier is how they get killed off. « Read the rest of this entry »

In a world after death, angels fight for their fate and their future. Yuri, the leader of the Shinda Sekai Sensen, rebels against the god who destined her to have an unreasonable life. On the otherhand, Tenshi, the chairperson of the student council for the world after death, battles against the SSS members. SSS members utilize armed weaponry to battle it out against the angels harnessing supernatural powers.
So, I’ve just seen episode one and I’m confused on what’s going on with the anime.
I only picked this up due to the unique synopsis–and the good art style as well as the quality. Plus, I’m looking for anime (and manga) that are set in school. « Read the rest of this entry »
